 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A few days ago, I had to visit the emergency room in Pinilla, and I want to highlight the excellent care I received. Dr. Alina, nurse Manfred, and paramedic Ariel were truly exceptional. It's clear they are highly trained professionals attentive, compassionate, and deeply committed to their work.

The clinic was very clean, organized, and well-equipped to handle different types of emergencies, which gives patients a great deal of confidence and peace of mind.

My only observation concerns the ambulance. While paramedic Ariel drove with great care and professionalism, which helped make the transfer as safe as possible, the vehicle itself is extremely small for the type of care that might be required. Even the doctor barely had enough room to move and work.

Furthermore, the ambulance moved and bounced quite a bit during the journey, which worsened my pain and made the transfer uncomfortable. While the medical team seemed adequate, the size and stability of the vehicle don't seem ideal for providing proper care during patient transport, especially in an area like this.

Aside from that, my experience with the medical staff was excellent and very compassionate. Thank you for your great work and dedication.

Dr Sanchez and Nurse Manfred and Ariel the paramedic took excellent care of my husband Brad last week at the Pinilla Urgent Care Center.  They all spoke and understood English.  We felt very cared for.  They all worked with us getting our insurance in order and keeping us calm.  Nurse Manfred did Brad's IV effortlessly and Dr Sanchez was thorough and so kind in her exam.  Ariel was always ready to help as well.  We are so thankful for all their quick thinking and calm presence.  All 3 went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and safe.
